Norman Weston
Dr. Norman Weston, Professor Emeritus has been Director of the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at National Louis University since 2002. He has also taught in NLU’s Interdisciplinary Studies Program (IDS) from 1993-1999 where he directed more than 200 classroom action research studies. He has served as co-chair of Division B, Section I, Classroom Research, of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). Dr. Weston has served as an adviser for the Community Arts and Education Project in the Chicago Public Schools, and the Pilsen and Little Village Arts and Education Collaborative. His research interests include action research for teacher professional development, leadership formation, and arts in education. Dr. Weston’s Ph.D. comes from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
